Orders are processed within 48 hours, and shipped as soon as possible depending on our current inventory levels. Most orders will ship within 2-10 business days. Change or Cancel your Order:
To change or cancel an order, you must contact us by e-mail email@example.com or phone the Gear Store at 1-260-479-0429, Prior to the order shipping.
All shipments are based on FedEx Ground service , FedEx SurePost service, or USPS. Extra charges for overnight, second, or third day air shipments will apply. Our distribution facility is 1-2 days ground service for most of the eastern half of the US, and 3-4 from the rest of the US. Leave plenty of leeway to insure your order gets to you in time.
Please contact us with any special shipment or international shipment questions. On international shipments, the Receiver of the order is responsible for all Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes.
We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase; however If you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to your return to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a return/refund.
Product returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned Products must be in new/unused condition and tags on.
As most of our products are made to order, returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
We are unable to accept returns on washed, worn, and/or abused items.
Return freight is your responsibility except for returns of factory flawed, manufacturing defected Products, or receipt of incorrect size of Product.
Defective merchandise, or merchandise damaged due to shipping must be reported to the Gear Store within 15 days of purchase, and pre-authorized for return and a pre-paid shipping label to cover return expenses. A refund of the original product costs, taxes, and pro-rated shipping costs will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned damaged/defective merchandise.
For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.
Return packages should include an Order copy and/or packing list copy.
